Diamac Engineering offers a comprehensive sub-contract precision machining service backed by modern CNC plant, experienced engineers, and ISO 9001:2015 quality management. From single prototypes to high-volume runs, we deliver consistently to your specifications.
CNC Turning
We operate a comprehensive fleet of CNC lathes capable of handling components from ¾" preferred minimum diameter through to 330mm solid bar and 406mm OD tube. Maximum turning length 500mm. Our machines include Doosan Puma, Cincinnati Lamb, Doosan Lynx, Cincinnati Hawk, and Hwacheon Hi-Tech lathes.

CNC Milling
Our vertical machining centres cover a wide range of prismatic parts, with table sizes up to 1143 × 635mm. One machine is equipped with 4th-axis capability for complex multi-sided components. We operate Fadal VMC and Feeler TC machines.

Quality & Inspection
All machined components can be inspected using our Axiom Too CNC Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). Full dimensional inspection reports are available upon request. Our ISO 9001:2015 QMS governs every stage of the process.
